PODCASTING 101:
A podcast is a digital file (or series of files) that is distributed over the internet via RSS feeds, and is played back on computers or portable music players.
You can subscribe to a podcast in iTunes and you'll be automatically updated as new messages are added. Alternatively, click the iTunes icon to be taken to the podcast in your iTunes application.
To listen to the file in your browser, click the "play" arrow beside the message. If you want to download it for posterity, simply click the name of the message.
