This week the Loop is coming to you live from our new spot 1657 Barrington St, suite 536. I'm torn over what to actually call this place. "Office" would be the easy and obvious but I like the term "studio" because it captures the idea of creativity and what we do here is more of an art than a science (in which case I guess the term would be lab). Anyway, whatever you call it you are welcome to drop by sometime if you want. I'm generally here during regular office hours weekdays except Tuesday.

Seems like so many of us want to be popular or powerful or hold some sort of special position in society. Come find out why that doesn't give life any meaning.

Then this event is for you. Come on out after church (1pm) on Dec 7th for some appetizers and chance to learn more about Deep Water, why we exist, how you can get more involved with things like small groups, compassionate ministries, and helping to make Sundays happen. It's a low key, no obligation opportunity for you to have any questions answered and to dive deeper into what it means to be part of the Deep Water community. The event is free (location TBA but near the theatre) but we need to know how many to plan for so please RSVP by responding to this email. See you there, it's going to be a good time.

Fun Squash Event for beginners and more experienced players. Learn the game or participate in a tournament against players of similar skill levels. Sunday December 7th at 6:00-9:30 pm. Cost: $15.00 Proceeds to raise money for helping impoverished people around the world through the Samaritan's Purse international gift program.
