If you missed the pool party you missed a great time. The food was great (mmmm pepperoni and honey mustard...) the pop was free and the pool was, in my case, humiliating. Lots of fun. We will be doing something similar in the future and so if missed this one keep your ears open for the next.

If this is your first time (and there are a bunch of you which is awesome) here's what you need to know - Show up at the right time and whoever is leading your team that day will show you the ropes.

February 9, the launch of Deep Water's first Feed Nova Scotia service project, is fast approaching. We will be going to 25 Fielding Ave, Unit 25 in Burnside to work in their warehouse beginning at 11am. This is an "all hands on deck" event, so make sure you keep that day free.

Also, this is a great opportunity to invite friends to work with us and see what Deep Water's all about. We want to be constantly reaching out to our One Degree.

The men at Hillside Wesleyan (located at 50 Ritcey Cres, Cole Harbour) have invited us to join them for their annual superbowl party. It's always a great time so if you don't have plans guys come on out. Their invitation to us is below:

We launch an awesome series through the book of Romans. This is one of the most theologically rich books in the Bible and it has some amazing stuff to say to us about the nature of humanity, God, sin, rules, Jesus, salvation and pretty much everything else. You don't want to miss this.
