What We Believe
  • We believe that Jesus is God and that God is absolute moral purity (holiness)
  • We believe that people were created to have a relationship with God
  • We believe that people do things which break with God’s holiness (sin)
  • We believe that sin must be punished with death
  • We believe that Jesus died in our place so that our sins can be forgiven and then rose from the dead proving his power over sin and death
  • We believe that because of this we can have a new life and the relationship with God that we were created for
  • We believe that if you accept this as true then the appropriate response is to accept God’s forgiveness and become a follower of Jesus
  • We believe following Jesus means entering into relationships with other followers of Jesus (community) showing his love to the world around us (compassion) and becoming like him (character)

Q: How do I get my questions about God, Jesus, church, etc, answered?
A: First I would say come on out to a worship gathering and see what we are all about. There is a good chance many of the questions you are wrestling with will be addressed. We also welcome you to email us your questions and we will set up a time to get together and discuss what’s on your mind.
