We gather each Sunday for some good music, some teaching about Jesus, and usually a good laugh or two. (The free coffee and doughnuts aren’t bad either.) For more info see “What to Expect”.
We are actively involved in meeting the needs of our community through regular service projects in partnership with various community organizations.
Groups of 6-12 people who meet weekly in someone’s home to pray, discuss the message from that Sunday, and just hang out and have fun together.
Deep Water started with the idea of a church for people who don't connect with "church-as-usual" in Halifax. Over the summer of 2007 a launch team met to think, dream, and pray about what Deep Water could be, and on Sunday Nov 4th the adventure went live with our fist Worship Gathering and compassionate ministry project.
