Serving at Deep Water Church
We believe God fills each one of us full of Kingdom purpose. Serving is a great way to engage in the mission of Jesus as we connect with others, grow in faith, and make a difference together. Below are descriptions of some of the areas that you can serve in. Serve Teams and Roles
Participation in the Kingdom of God is how we grow in our discipleship to Jesus.
Host team
Making people feel welcomed and at home at Deep Water.
Life Groups
Leading/facilitating small groups and bible studies.
Care Team
Helping with meals, practical needs, and visitations.
Upstream Kids
Serving with our kids programs (infants to grade 6).
Riptide Youth
Serving in our Riptide student ministry on Tuesday nights.
Worship Team
Interview for leading worship in our weekend services.
Media & Tech Team
Helping out Sunday mornings with all things sound, tech, and production.
Facilities Team
Helping with maintenance and upkeep for the building and grounds at our Halifax location.
